Applicable in industrial sectors where materials such as wood, plastics, minerals, aggregates, ceramics, rubber, glass and recycling materials are processed. Drive drums or magnetic pulleys type TM are used in productions with high contamination of ferromagnetic metals, attracting and separating them from the process automatically. They are installed to replace the drive pulley of the conveyor belt. These drums have a smooth, cylindrical outer casing made of stainless steel with an interchangeable shaft held in place by tolloks. The magnetic core inside the pulley consists of several vertical ferrite or neodymium magnetic poles. Between them they generate a very powerful, constant and intense magnetic field with a high separation capacity for both small and large ferromagnetic metals. They are robust, reliable and easy to assemble, do not require mechanical maintenance and are not connected to the mains, although the geared motor that makes them rotate is connected to the mains. Optionally, the equipment can be supplied with anti-slip material or rubber, adhered to the entire surface of the cylindrical outer casing, to prevent the conveyor belts from slipping when they are wet or damp.
