modleo EM magnetic brooms are used in industrial installations to clean surfaces where stubborn or sharp ferromagnetic metals commonly fall. The ferrous metals attracted and retained in the bases of the magnetic heads are normally removed manually, but we also design more sophisticated magnetic brooms where the ferrous metals are separated automatically. Magnetic heads can be supplied with wheels and attached to a rigid bar with a handle, or they can be adapted to sweepers, hoovers or industrial scrubbers and forklift trucks. Depending on the amount and type of existing ferromagnetic contamination, the magnetic heads can be manufactured in ferrite or neodymium and with the appropriate dimensions for each requested application. This is a system that we manufacture on a regular basis for companies where metal parts are handled (carpentry, metalwork, mechanical workshops, etc.).
