The 33V injector system “special version” is a variant of the DropsA technology in the field of injection lubrication. This version has been designed and developed specifically to insert the valve directly into machine structure, so as to ensure a precise and failsafe dosage of lubricant independently of temperature and pressure. The system can be used with Oil 32 -200 cSt and Grease NLGI 0. The 1/8''-1/8'' BSP thread allows many configurations and make the system suitable for any application need. ADVANTAGES - 1/8"-1/8" BSP injector cartridge allows many new configurations. - Parallel thread and soft seal to automotive specifications. - Possibility to insert the valve directly into machine structure - High Reliability. The 33V Injectors are fully assembled, tested and certified on a robotic system. APPLICATION The 33V valves system for internal application is suitable for the installation on small and medium sized machines, such as tools in general, tools for wood working, presses, weaving machines.
