The OILVAC 100 and the pump version OILVAC 100 PUMP are an innovative solution for vacuuming and separating oil mixed with swarf. This industrial vacuum cleaner is designed to fit perfectly into machine workshops. The structure of this swarf vacuum cleaner is made entirely of steel, which is resistant to abrasive oils. Equipped with two powerful single-phase motors, it has such a high suction capacity that it can vacuum up to 90 litres of swarf and mixed lubricants in just a few minutes. The vacuum cleaner is mounted on a robust, powder-coated steel frame, equipped with non-marking swivel castors with parking brake. The vacuumed material is separated instantaneously: metal chips are collected in an easily removable sieved basket, which enables rapid disposal of its contents. The oil passes through the basket and falls naturally, perfectly filtered, into the container. The metalworking industry is a demanding sector: any maintenance to machine tools costs hours of downtime and lost production.
