- Available in Aluminium version (ATEKA 7A) or PVC version (ATEKA 7P)
- The modular design of our cutting center can match the specific requirements of customer’s needs (shape, variety of profiles, production capacity)
- Estimate production rate : 3 to 5 pieces/min. straight cuts
- Complete station including 1 automatic bar loader, 1 3-axis digital bar feeder, 1 sawing station, 1 output transfer with 1 finished parts storage table, 1 parts evacuation device, 1 label printer, 1 control panel, 1 electrical cabinet
- Different sawing station configurations available according to needs: 1 or 3 blade versions, horizontal or vertical, Ø 550 to 860 mm
- Dubus control software « Dubisoft »
- Wide choice of options: lifting of unstable profiles, bar detection at the bottom of clamps, software for optimizing flow rates or recoverable off-cuts, inkjet printer…
