To meet all your needs, POSIFLEX 1000 is available in 2 versions: POSIFLEX 1000 TM (manual loading) POSIFLEX 1000 TR (automatic loading).. The modularity of POSIFLEX 1000 TM allows an evolution to POSIFLEX 1000 TR to improve production rates. POSIFLEX 1000 allows the installation of different hinges, including double leg or anti-unhingable hinges. The automatic hinges insertion saves time and increase accuracy. The configuration of our machines allows to integrate as an option up to 2 hinges trolleys either to satisfy a high production capacity or to allow the installation of hinges for tilting product (optional). - Complete station including automatic loading by motorized roller conveyor with barcode reader, conveyor and 1-head hinges insertion machine - Manual or automatic angular adjustment (optional) of the drilling / hinges insertion unit ± 8° - Management of multiple hinge insertion heights - Possibility to add a second drill as an option - Up to 5 loaders, depending on colors of hinges - Magazines feeding without stopping the machine cycle - A command board
