- Curd holding vats:
Stainless steel 18/8 AISI 304 vat with removable drilled stainless steel basket. Complete with fixed adjustable legs upon request or on wheels.
- Vats with mould-holder for curd holding, channeling and drainage into moulds:
Stainless steel AISI 304 vat on wheels provided with grilled sheet bottom, removable into several pieces, made in perforated stainless steel sheet. Stainless steel hopper and mould-holder with holes (diameter between 50 and 250mm).
Optional: kit for electric or steam stewing.
- Stainless steel milk or cream collecting vats:
Stainless steel AISI 304 18/8 vats. Fixed or adjustable feet, drain for total collection. Polished or satin or damasked internal-external finishing.
Available in the following capacities: Lt. 150-5.000.
- Cooling vats for mozzarella cheeses:
Stainless steel AISI 304 vats complete with legs with adjustable feet and wheels. Discharge mouth. Removable perforated gates for product dividing (upon request).
