Conveyor roller sleeve spacers also known as lagging are made from urethane flat or inverted V-belts. These sleeves give space between the rollers and products preventing the products from touching the rollers. Sleeves does the job of raising the height of a conveyor. Additionally, lagging can forestall flat belts, tracking sleeves from "walking" and are also used as contact drive wheels. This roller sleeve spacers can fit any roller ranging from 1.9" diameter. There are V-belts Durometers: 60A (clear), 76A (clear), 80A (brown) or 83A/ 85A (orange). These roller sleeve spacers are also available using flat belts in many widths up to 36" (914mm) and in any thickness with 1/32" (0.8mm) increments.
