DURA-BELT manufactures a variety of lineshaft spools and C-Clips (Shaft Collars, Snap Rings) suitable for wide range of operations. The Regular-Spools float on lineshaft (line shaft) to prevent boxes from abrading functioning as clutches that slops when boxes jam or accumulate, thus stopping rollers in case hair/hand gets caught in them. Available in two sizes of standard bore that fits 1” and 25mm shafts and large bore that fits 1-7/16” and 36mm shafts. 445 of roller speed can be increased Speed-Up Spools. Keyed-Spools are designed for curves, inclines requiring greater drives and do ‘not slip to be used in section having no accumulation or jams. Split-Spool have the advantage of installation without dismantling shaft, low in cost delivering high precision they install in seconds reducing downtime. C-Clips (Shaft Collars, Snap Rings) are used to keep spools on place by keeping them clamped to the shaft. It uses new nylon material for harder gripping that prevents slippage. A Connector is used to derive more drive-power by locking together two or more spools on 3” (76mm) center.
