The Omega 1 UV inkjet printer enables marketing technicians, sign makers, screen printers and photo labs to print in fine art quality at an industrial production level. The Omega 1 is fully in line with the Rho tradition and features an attractive entry-level price which conforms to the production- and investment volume of the customer group. The fine art quality is achieved by a resolution of up to 1728 dpi, the Greyscale printhead technology and an extended color gamut with optional process colors such as Orange, Violet, Grey, Light Cyan and Light Magenta. The required transport precision is realized, by the established Advanced Magnetic Linear Drive and a cutting-edge sensor system. As a fully-fledged flatbed and roller printer, the Omega 1 is suited for a large number of rigid and roll media like Kapa, Forex, Acrylic, Dibond, wooden plates up to 5 cm thickness, self-adhesive foils, papers, PVC vinyls, PE foils or textiles up to 160 cm width. The Omega 1 has a maximum production speed of 35 sqm/h and only requires 15 sqm of floor space.
