Description

The LC 205 and LC 305 oil-lubricated rotary vane vacuum pumps are upgraded pumps in design and performance. Among the main innovations, greater efficiency in the process of separating oil from air ensures a smokeless flow of exhaust air. Low noise is enhanced, as well as energy efficiency, thanks to the IE3 efficiency class motors. The gas ballast has a manual override valve, designed to achieve a higher vacuum level when required. The ease of maintenance has also been improved: the oil separator filter is unique and can be replaced in a few simple steps. The LC 205 and LC 305 pumps are equipped with: • Oil check valve • Exhaust mist eliminator • Automatic floating oil recovery valve • Gas Ballast with manual override valve • Shock mounts • Oil filter with by-pass • Flexible transmission coupling • BV100 (SW100) Oil Pack Main application fields: food processing and packaging; non-food packaging.
