The low level infeed station is perfect for loading and unloading pallets of the usual standard models, such as Euro pallets, industrial pallets and half pallets, both full and empty, from the conveyor line. Compared to other suppliers, the Dynalserg low level infeed station can be designed for both electro-hydraulic and electro-mechanical operation. This makes the low level infeed station not only a cost-effective alternative to expensive forklift trucks, but also saves time and significantly facilitates the work process. The low level infeed station can be manufactured from a minimum transport height of 80 mm up to a maximum transport height of 1,000 mm as standard. Thanks to the low construction height and the split roller conveyor as load handling device, direct loading by pallet truck is possible. The lifting motion of the station starts smoothly and quietly and can easily reach a speed of 50 to 70 mm/sec. or even higher for frequencies of 120 pallets/hour. The advantages are obvious: thanks to its modern and reliable design, the low level infeed station is ideal for the upgrading and/or retrofitting of older, high-maintenance conveying lines. Nowadays, it can even be supplied as a two-pallet station to take the load of a pallet truck with double pallets. The intelligent and compact design ensures that the low level infeed station can be easily integrated into an existing conveyor system. There is also no need for a pit, as the low level infeed station can be mounted directly on the floor. As a result, expensive civil engineering work in the hall is unnecessary.
