Dynalserg, a technological company in lifting and handling systems, is also a technological company in transport systems for pallets and containers for heavy loads; it has machinery for the internal logistics of the distribution of industrial plants. In the handling sector we are constantly innovating to give the best service to our customers. The selection of materials, such as the simplification of designs, makes us competitive and increases the life span of our products. The products are differentiated by families "EP", which are the standard Euro pallets of 800 or 1,000 x 1,200 mm of wood or plastic, "MP" are the standard half pallets of 800 x 600 mm and finally "CM" are standard metal containers. These loading units are designed for conveyors up to 2.000Kg. The design is aesthetic and very robust. All the conveyors are modular and easy to combine in order to make the best adaptation to your installation. The conveyors are fixed to the floor or to a platform or wooden platform by means of fastening or screwed anchors; for a good levelling of the ground the system admits an adjustment of ±50 mm. All the products have an AC electric gear motor for the movement of each of the system's axes. The power is variable, depending on the speed and weight of the load to be moved. For high and unstable loads, it is recommended to request motors with frequency variator. Brakes are also available for transfers, lifts, shuttles and trolleys. In pedestrian crossings and picking areas, for safety reasons, our conveyors are equipped with brakes.
