Dynalserg has developed a new lifting technology for lift tables, which enables smooth, fast and millimetre-accurate lifting. The new rigid chain drive system offers many advantages over previously known systems, and is a patented system. Fewer components. High volume of cycles. Low maintenance. Long product life. Stable and precise positioning. Free of lubrication. The heart of this system is the push chain, a newly developed lifting mechanism that allows the lift table platform to be lifted directly. Once the chain is turned to the vertical position, it becomes rigid at any height to form a lifting column as the sides of each link are supported and hooked together. The advantages of a chain drive over other drive modes are - Precise reach of the required heights since the chain lifts the table directly without any transmission. - The lift table cannot be lowered or tilted, as the platform is supported by a bar. - Higher lifting speeds can be applied. - The lifting speed is absolutely regular as it is not influenced by the geometry of the pantograph. - Simple pantograph structure, as no multiple of the lifting power has to be directed to the pantograph construction. - Quick replacement of components, low maintenance. The service life of the wear parts is calculated for 2 million lifts. The replacement of the lift mast is an operation of a few minutes. - No hydraulic oil is used.
