The rare earth material magnet in motor has much stronger magnetism than normal ferrite magnet, which can provide higher torque in smaller volume. Moreover, this motor’s robustness is perfect to avoid the commonly seen problems of most DC motors, such as speed is lower when load is higher, or speed is higher when load is lower. Thus, actuator can operate in a smooth speed when load vibration and the temperature rise is very low. Actuators have been rigorous tested by CSA and certified per UL and CSA standard. In chemical and food & beverage industry, the fluid needs to be controlled very fine, so the actuator start frequency is very high. 1200 times/hour can reach world leading level and can meet requirements of above industries.
