The dip molding process results in neat, clean-looking bellows. This process is suitable for up to 5,000 pieces. Dip-molded bellows are available in almost any geometry and with single or two-color immersion. Black, grey and white PVC plastisol are the most common selections; additional colors are available for high volume production runs.
Dip-molded bellows can be immersed to create defined hard- and soft areas upon special request. Many mounting configurations are available, including flanges and collars.
