Cast-in heating element

The Cast heaters have an in built thermocouple with high power density. There is an inbuilt J thermocouple with microtubular cylindrical heaters which are coiled and inserted in high conductive alloy. The standard size is available in the power range and dimension as per the chart. They are custom made to suit the requirements. The tolerance levels are +5% -10% with resistance in range of -5% +10% with ØDt = ± 0,2 and LT = -0,2/+0,05. The cast heaters without thermocouple have high power density are made with micro tubular rectangular heaters which are coiled and inserted in highly conductive alloy. the standard size is available as per the chart. They are also customized as per the need. The tolerance levels are +5% -10% with resistance in range of -5% +10% with ØDt = ± 0,2 and LT = -0,2/+0,05.
