Description

•Automatic machine for filling yogurt in plastic or paper pots. •The machine meets all hygienic requirements and all parts made of AISI 304 stainless steel guarantee a long service life. •Production capacity: up to 1,000 pots/hour. •Pneumatic dosing device for filling pots (0-500 ml). •The rotating carousel moves the filled cap towards the cap sealing area. •Here, an AISI 304 stainless steel sealing head welds the cap onto the cup. •Automatic ink tipping stamp to imprint batch and date on the caps. •Each time the cup is filled, the rotating carousel moves one position, repeating the same filling and sealing operations. •The filled and sealed cup is ejected from the carrousel and ends up in a little conveyor belt. •AISI 304 stainless steel electrical panel on board the machine complete with touch-screen operator interface for process management.
