Description

Equipment Sugar Dissolver is used for continuous dissolution of sugar, yielding a homogeneous liquid sugar with high brix stability. Start continuous production at nominal capacity and desired brix in less than 15 minutes. Refractometer with ±0,1% precision on brix measurement. Reach up to 72 brix in the hot dissolving version. Jet mixer agitation system – high efficiency and low maintenance. Starts and shuts off automatically, following the syrup demands of subsequent processes. Available also for dissolution at 25oC, providing high energy savings, once the energy applied on the treatment of the sugar solution (Ion Exchange, Carbon or even only Pasteurization) can be up to 86% recovered. Compared with traditional dissolution systems, E2SOLV requires an area approximately 60% smaller in your facilities, considering the same production capacity. Level transmitter for continuous level indication. Level switches for High and Low level for safety operation. Full capable for CIP with no shadow zones or dead legs. Equipped with spray system for high efficiency CIP. Available on 5.000, 15.000, 30.000 and 40.000 l/h capacity. Historic data register of all operations (including manual) and operators.
