CIP MOVABLE station developed for the cleaning and sanitizing equipments and piping, with flexibility to be moved to close to the object to be cleaned. Possibility to execute CIP process in one object at a time. Several CIP recipes can be charged in the system with different steps and parameters. PLC will execute every step accordingly. Flow measure and control to assure speed over 1,5 m/s in the process piping. Automatic control of temperature. Allows self CIP of central CIP tanks. Level switches for High and Low level for safety operation. Historic data register of all operations (including manual) and operators.
