Gas recovery unit E2PIG

Equipment designed to recover the remaining product or accumulated water in the pipelines at the beginning and end of the production process. Works on the principle of sending and return a projectile (PIG) through the pipeline pushed by water or gas. Promote drastically reduction on product losses. Eliminates the residual water after CIP/cleaning, avoiding dilution of the product in the pipeline in the forward production. The projectile can flow in bends up to 90° (1,5 x Ø). No need for opening the piping, reducing the chances of contamination, as well as being fully compatible with CIP processes. Compatible for low and high viscosity products. Projectile equipped with magnets, allowing position control along the pipeline and in the launching and receiving stations. Can be developed for special applications according to customer needs. Historic data register of all operations (including manual) and operators.
