Description

HDPE spiral pipe systems with various stiffness classes which are designed for utility and industrial applications. It is made from High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) to manufacture these spiral wound pipes. The diameter of HDPE spiral Profile pipe is from DN/ID300mm to DN/ID 4000mm. The ring stiffness is SN2, SN4, SN8, SN16 or according to customer requirements. ADVANTAGES of HDPE Krah spiral Pipe · Low Weight The extremely low weight of spiral profiled pipe allows a simpler and faster installation of the pipes, as in most cases no heavy machinery is necessary for the installation and handling of the HDPE spiral profile pipes. Most of the handling can be done by an excavator on-site. · Enviromental and long life time Low investment costs and a service life over 100 years reduce the operating costs. · Jointing HDPE sprial wound pipe do not require large butt welding machines as they are joined either by rubber ring joint or electro-fusion.
