YONGKE designs and manufactures custom UV-CIPP fiberglass liner wet out machine and associated dry liner machine. These turnkey solutions can significantly reduce the cost of UV CIPP fiberglass liner, ensure it competitive with other heat cured CIPP technologies. YONGKE offers four sizes of wet out liner machine and all come with the our many years experiences and know-how. UV CIPP liner production line includes dry liner machine and wet out conveyor machine: Dry liner machine automatically lay and fold the material into round tube with several layer material, including the inner film, outer film, non-woven fabric, fiber glass fabric and Kevlar rope. The UV cipp liner wet out conveyor machine use the vacuum filling system of the resin injection unit to filling the resin to dryer liner what is vacuum before the unsaturated polyester resin is filled. The mixture of unsaturated polyester resin and thickener is poured through the glue injection gun in the resin mixing and injection system, and the unsaturated polyester resin is fully and evenly impregnated with glass fiber cloth by roller extrusion, and the sealing treatment is carried out immediately after the glue filling is completed。 The automatic rolling-pressing system to roll the liner with unsaturated polyester resin uniform with set thickness. The finished product will be inspected and folded into wooden box.
