ultraviolet cured-in-place pipe (UV-CIPP) liners for trenchless rehabilitation in pipeline and culvert systems.
This is a rapidly growing rehabilitation method where a pipe is created within an existing host pipe and then cured with the use of UV curing technologies. The finished product is proven to extend the life of the pipe for another 50 to 100 years!
UV-CIPP Liner is constructed with a puncture-resistant, removable inner foil, high quality, corrosion-resistant fiberglass, and advanced UV resins - proven to be one of the strongest products on the market.
UV CIPP Liners can be procured in both unsaturated polyester and vinyl ester resins and are offered for circular and non-circular pipes from 6” (150mm) to 78” (2000mm), and in thicknesses from 2.4mm to 18mm in 1mm increments.
• Fully compliant with ASTM-2019 – Standard Practice for Rehabilitation of Existing Pipelines and Conduits by the Pulled in Place Installation of Glass Reinforced Plastic (GRP) Cured-in-Place Thermosetting Resin Pipe (CIPP).
Liners are fabricated from the highest quality E-CR-Glass fiberglass and UV-cure resins.
Each liner is constructed with a puncture-resistant, removable inner foil and tough UV protective outer foil. This ensures tough construction, for safe and easy handling and installation by the contractor.
Resin viscosity are monitored during the wet-out process which provides manageable handling during installation, minimal mess on site.
Liners are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility, with a digital camera QA/QC system, to ensure uniform impregnation and thickness throughout the entire product.
Available in polyester (styrenated), low VOC and styrene-free vinyl
