The CentriFeeder ICV can be used for filling as well as flow control. The CentriFill, as the CentriFeeder is known when configured in filling mode, contains a special build of software and special screens that graphically display the filling features of the CentriFeeder ICV. The CentriFill can also be equipped with a range of options including a foot pedal for manual filling initiation. The CentriFill 1000 is a high speed weigh filler which measures a predetermined mass of product as it fills any small container over 25 lb (11.5 kg) in size. The unique filling capacity of the CentriFill 1000 allows extremely fast fills without the slow dribble-feed often plaguing many fillers.
