Special hardness tester for Brinell tests up to 3000kg, specifically developed for measurements on railway wheels thanks to the manual or motor-driven X-Y table.
Integral Wheels is a hardness testing machine designed to perform hardness tests on railway wheels. In order to make the operator’s work as easy as possible, it is equipped with a motor-driven rotating table, which can also move horizontally (on the X axis) to load the wheel easily.
By setting a fully automatic cycle (e.g. 3 tests at 120°, 4 at 90°, etc.) the motor-driven rotating table allows the tests to be carried out by programming the test points, working with the highest precision and considerably reducing the working time. The standard version features our classic head for Brinell, Rockwell and Vickers scale hardness tests.
Our customers who need to test untreated parts choose to install the Revolver head, which includes milling slots for surface preparation.
