The ProFeeder Compact for mounting robot is a one-of-a-kind self-contained system that automates production while maintaining a small footprint. It comes with a universal cobot mount that fits 99 percent of known models and a built-in controller compartment. ProFeeder Compact is a full all-in-one automation solution with ability to mount collaborative robots. The cobot must be positioned on the top part of the robot cell, no robot pedestals are required. Robot may be set at an angle of 45° or 0° - thanks to the universal mount, allowing full access to the whole surface of the internal trays. The product may be fitted with three 60kg trays for a maximum parts height of 120mm or four 120kg trays for a maximum parts height of 80mm. For small series manufacturing, this tiny robot cell acts as an extra pair of hands. The cost of the ProFeeder Compact mounting robot is minimal, allowing it to be deployed as a first step toward complete production automation.
