The Profeeder S is a robot base that is both reliable and economical. The design is robust and one of a kind, and our experts have refined it to provide the highest possible performance in production automation. The high level of productivity achieved by this robot base is just one of its many benefits; the solution is also both straightforward and economical. The equipment is capable of providing enormous capacity thanks to its five huge trays, each of which has a maximum load capacity of up to 150 kg. Every tray has its own own mechanical magnetic lock. The flexible cobot mount has the capability of being attached to either the left or the right side of the robot cell. Each side has cable slots that can be sealed off with plugs, making it easy to organize and manage cables. The underside of the robot base serves as an internal compartment that may be used to "layer down" smaller or medium-sized controllers. This compartment is located on the bottom of the robot cell. The most advanced controllers may be stored in an external controller compartment, which can be installed on both sides of the product.
