The connector is available in solder flange for compactness and perfect hermeticity, in square flange configuration for a very easy installation and in jam-nut for a simple replacement. 851 hermetic receptacle connectors are made of steel housing which can be cadmium plated or nickel plated to withstand harsh environment. Based on the glass sealing technology, the 851 hermetic connector is 30% more compact than a traditional connector.
