Description

The DA1 is the ideal drive for demanding applications that are speed- and torque-dependent. Eaton’s PowerXLTM product family delivers outstanding performance regarding motor control and modularity. Thanks to the enhanced performance range (up to 250 kW) and the option of a higher degree of protection (IP66), the DA1 can be used across a wide range of applications. With the integrated EMC filter, braking transistor and the Modbus RTU and CANopen protocols on board, the DA1 is ready for use straight out of the box for a variety of applications. Customer-specific adjustments are made possible by the integrated function block editor, which allows for maximum flexibility. • High overload resistance: 150 % for 60 seconds, 200 % for four seconds. • PLC functionality via the drivesConnect configuration software • Connection to all common types of communication protocols (Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCat, Modbus TCP, BACnet IP, Profibus, DeviceNet) • Various I/O expansions • Safe Torque Off (STO, SIL 2/PL d) • International standards (CE, UL, cUL, c-Tick, RoHS, Gost-R, UkrSEPRO) The standard version of the DA1 drive is equipped for virtually any application. The devices stand out for their high starting torque in the powerful vector mode, and for their safe operating states with STO functionality. The devices can be used in cranes, in installations that are regularly exposed to dust or contamination, and even in marine applications.
