Description Sorting plant MSW "SK-250" consists of two parallel sorting lines. Each of the sorting lines includes: chain and sorting conveyors, platforms for preliminary and main sorting, magnetic and trommel screen type separators, and it is also possible to use additional equipment to automate sorting processes. Sorting plant MSW "SK-250" from the company "Eco-Spectrum" is suitable for a settlement with a population of up to 500 thousand people. The complex is designed to sort up to 250,000 tons/year using only 48 sorting posts, operating 12 hours a day. In the "Basic" version, the plant provides a capacity of up to 200,000 tons / year, using only 52 sorting posts, when working 12 hours a day. In the “Standard” version, the productivity of the plant can be increased up to 300,000 tons / year by retrofitting with bag opener, optical separators, as well as a pre-sorting platform with cullet selection posts. In the “Standard+” version, the “Standard” package can be supplemented with a section for thermal destructuring of tailings and a section for the production of technical soil.
