DESCRIPTION
Based on the ZrO2 C3M Electrolyte, the CarboProbe HT probe can handle temperatures up to 1700°C. All parts exposed to high temperatures are ceramic or platinum. This probe has a robust construction with a 15 mm diameter ceramic tube that protects the internal measurement device. This probe measures the oxygen concentration.
This probe cannot be used for the measurement of oxygen in carburising mixtures.
MAINTENANCE
There are no maintenance parts required inside the sensor, if the platinum external connector is damaged it can be repaired without loss of signal quality.

Industry-grade probe for tempera-ture up to 1700°C (3100°F)The CarboProbeHTis suitable for use at temperatures between 600°C to 1700°C (1100°F to 3100°F).It is most often used to control % of ox-ygen within a treatment cycle, typically in the range from 0.5% to 5% (but can work up to 100%).
