Designed for roller burnishing in plunge mode. Main application: MZG01: Burnishing of sealing surfaces of shaft seals. MZG03: Burnishing of ball sections or other spherical contours. Complete machining in one setting. Short primary processing time. Given a finish machined surface, attainable surface finish Rz < 1 micron during a single operation. Two basic elements: Roller cage. Tool holder with screwed-on tension bar. Axial movement of roller cage directly transferred to dial gauge.
