Burnishing tool ø 4 - 200 mm, max. 1400 N/mm2, IT8 | Type G

The G series is manufactured by Ecorool, and is a multi-roller tool that is ideal for use in cylindrical bores. The unit is ideal for use in producing through bores that measure from 4 mm up to 200 mm in diameter. It can also be used in producing blind bores that measure from 6 mm up to 200 mm in diameter. The series have been specifically developed to be used in operations with tolerance classes ranging from IT8 Type GE up to tolerance class IT11. The G series has the capacity to process any kind of metallic material with a tensile strength of up to 1400 N/mm² together with an utmost hardness rating of HRC 45. They can be equipped in diverse equipment which includes drilling and milling instruments.
