The test bench is suitable for testing safety valves. The test specimens are clamped vertically. The test specimen can be optimally vented by filling from below. Test medium can be air or nitrogen (test pressure up to 200 bar or approx. 2.900 psi max.). This test stand can be used to carry out response pressure and seat leakage tests. The PS-SV 15M has a nominal range from DN 15 (1/2 ") to DN 250 (10"). The clamping is done manually with 3 clamping claws. High-quality manometers certified according to EN 10204-3.1B are used. The clamping device consists of a stable frame and a hydraulic clamping system for easy clamping of the specimen. Our test benches can be expanded by many options like e.g. the VALVE-DOC, an administration and documentation system to document and archive test results.
