The test bench is suitable for testing shut-off valves and safety valves. The test specimens are clamped vertically and can be optimally vented by filling from below. Test media can be water (test pressure up to 350 bar or approx. 5.075 psi max.) and air/nitrogen (test pressures of up to 200 bar or approx. 2.900 psi max.). This test bench can be used to carry out housing tests, response pressure tests and seat leakage tests The PS-75 M has a nominal range from DN 25 (1 ") to DN 400 (16"). The clamping is done manually with 3 clamping claws. We only use high-quality manometers certified according to EN 10204-3.1B. This stationary test bench has a swiveling upper yoke and allows easy clamping and removal of large fittings. Our test benches can be expanded by many options like e.g. the VALVE-DOC, an administration and documentation system to document and archive test results.
