The stationary test bench PS-50 UW is suitable for testing flange fittings. It has a semi-automatic test sequence. It is easy to operate and enables short test cycles and a fast retooling. Test media can be water (test pressure of 250 bar or 3.635 psi max.) and air/nitrogen (test pressure of 44 bar or 630 psi max.). You can carry out housing and seat leakage tests. The test bench has a nominal range from DN 25 (1 ") to DN 200 (8"). We only use high-quality manometers certified according to EN 10204-3.1B. It has a hydraulically swiveling clamping device. Test specimens can be tested both vertically and horizontally (under water). Our test benches can be expanded by many options like e.g. the VALVE-DOC, an administration and documentation system to document and archive test results.
