TECHNICAL FEATURES: Temperature limits: for fluids from –15°C to + 120°C Pressure limits: PN25 (20°C) PN16 for Art. 2435V7 SPECIFIC FEATURES: • The ISIS FILTRO ball valve is manufactured from DZR (Dezincification Resistant Copper Alloy), a particular antidezincification copper with high corrosion resistance to aggressive water,chilled water and seawater applications. Bore: full. Stem: anti blow out. Seats: high resistance virgin PTFE. Upper seal: 4 seals 1 PTFE ring - high pressure 2 anti-friction self-adjusting cone-shaped seals, in PTFE -medium and low pressure 1 O-Ring - low pressure. Application fields: The ISIS FILTRO ball valve is particularly suitable for those installations where high aggressive water causes dezincification in standard brass alloys and weakens the molecular structure of the material. As a result it is suitable for sea water and chilled water installations and can also be installed on boats. Filter: Stainless Steel Mesh. Cleaning: By removing the threaded plug, the Mesh can be removed and it is possible to remove the deposits of dirt plashed on the screen. Maintenance: The Nut can be unscrewed to replace or clean the strainer Mesh.
