EFS offers the INJETVISION spray visualization system. It is ideal for automatically studying the evolution of gasoline or diesel injector jets, single or multi-jets during injection.
The INJETVISION vision system is to observe and study the jets from high pressure injectors under an inert atmosphere (Nitrogen or CO2) up to 50 bar relative (± 0.5 bar).
It is equipped with powerful software ensuring the complete image processing chain from the acquisition of images to their processing.
Optional features, which can be installed in the pressure chamber, enable the development and the morphological parameters of the sprays to be studied automatically. The sprays can thus be characterized in terms of :
-Jet penetration
- Jet penetration percentage
- Jet opening angle
- Jet surface
- Jet volume
- Symmetry
- Spray cone angle in Lambda view
- Angle lambda of a jet in Lambda view
- Angle a of a jet
- Inter
- jet angle
- Circularity
The pressure in the interior of the chamber can be controlled semi-automatically by the control box or by means of a PC.
Its cavity is made of specific steel in order to meet all the requirements of the 97/23 / C pressure equipment certification.
