EGC's microwave level controllers are made of stainless steel and PTFE. They are suitable for different types of containers and environments. The controllers MFC have a sensor tip which reacts when in contact with a medium. The sensitivity of the sensor tip can be adjusted with a pushbutton. Easy fluid separation is possible as the controllers can distinguish between fluid layers like water and oil. Other media like pellets and powder are also easily and reliably detectable. The sensors are available between 120 and 1000 mm lengths which results in a wide range of installation options. They have IP 67 protection and a temperature range between -20 and +85 degrees C. Connected via M12 plugs,it can operate with supply voltages between 16 and 30 V DC .

Level controllers without moveable parts are available in various versions and are extremely resistant to soiling. Capacitive level controllers are available for gases to -200 °C as well as hot glue up to +230 °C. PTFE and PEEK are here the preferred materials because they prevent adhesions. Opto fill sensors with glass or PSU tip do not require a medium adjustment and are simply added top the tank. These sensors are also available as explosion-proof units in accordance with ATEX. Ultrassonic sensors, pressure controllers or the capacitive high-temperature measuring probe KFA continuously monitor and log fill levels.
