Digital Compression Load Cell Type DL and DLA is a rugged device which is ATEX certified. The instrument is made by using stainless steel and it has been hermetically sealed as per IP68 protocol. It is used for installation in applications like hygienic weighing, tough environments and in general process weighing. Its DLA type can be used in ATEX (Ex) and non-ATEX applications. Digital Compression Load Cell Type DL and DLA have various features such as strong capacitive technology and a high tolerance that goes up to 1.000% overload. It is laser welded and there is a low profile design. The cells can be used for offshore installation with the addition of mud resistant and halogen free cables. The device is capable of providing high accuracy and high resolution. It can withstand welding voltages and ESD. It comes with a cable length of up to 100 meters. Its load cell cable can be replaced. These cells can provide calibration which is not dependent on cable length. It is easy to install.
