The robust stairnless steel FD digital compression load cell is hermetically sealed to suit the IP68 protection level. It is used for hygienic weighing installations, weighing in tough environments and for general process weighing. It uses capacitive technology and displays tolerance of up to 400 % overload. Laser-welded, it withstands welding voltages and electrostatic discharges. The load cell has a cable length up to 100 meters but its calibration is independent of the cable length. The cable of the load cell is replaceable. The mechanical and electrical installation of the load cell is easy. It can be used in tank weighing, level measurement, and filling and dosing.
