The BBMA70 by Eilersen Electric A/S is a Shear beam load cell which is made from Denmark. It features its certification that can withstand harsh environmental operation such as Zone 1, 2, 21 and 22. The unit is made of steel which has a protection of IP68 that is suitable for process weighing, industrial weighing and tough applications. For this specific model, it has a superior tolerance of about 1.000% overload which makes it high in accuracy and resolution. It is laser welded and hermetically sealed to ensure a durability during harsh application. For offshore installation, it is supported with Mud resistant and Halogen free cables. Also, its cable has a length of 100 m which does not affect the calibration capability of the unit because cable length is merely not dependent to calibration.
