Eilersen's Pallet U Scales are generally utilized for applications that involve wet and demanding industrial environments, complete with overloading capabilities, vibration occurrences, high humidity levels, and corrosion incidents. The components are integrated with local indicators and /or direct interface compatibility to PC, PLC, or SCADA systems. They sport solid capacitive technology mechanisms, extensive levels of tolerance (up to 1,000%) to overloading, and built-in digital filters that minimize vibration influence. They also exhibit scale calibration capabilities (independent of cable length), and load cell status indication. The Pallet U Scales may be manufactured out of a broad selection of materials, such as AISI 304-grade materials, and epoxy coating finishes. These apparatuses are developed with protection grades of IP68, enabling minimal maintenance requirements.
