The product is designed primarily for ATEX applications, pertaining to Zone 1, 2 , 21 or 22. It is certified by ATEX for when supplied by Eilersen ATEX power supply ranging of type 4051A. Its features include a weighing module for up to 4 digital load cells, advanced digital filters, a digital junction box that can be mounted near the load cells in a central panel, a small form factor, up to four coaxial connectors for digital load cells. The power supply of the device must be set up outside the hazardous zone. Request inputs can be used to make application software, and the device comes with plug-and-play installation with pre-calibrated digital load cells. The power supply is 24 V DC, 1 A for Profibus DP, 24 V DC, 1 A for non-ATEX applications, and a safe power supply of 24 V DC, 0.2 A for ATEX applications.
