The Automatic Basket Mill (ABM) is specifically designed to continuously and evenly fill baskets with vegetables. VULLINGSGRAAD A sensor measures the filling grade of each basket and once the pre-set height has been reached, the machine automatically rotates to the next basket. Any vegetables that fall between the baskets are collected on plates and pushed to the next basket, keeping waste to a minimum. The height of the photocell can be regulated manually to adjust the filling grade of the basket. • No production loss during indexing due to the catching plates. • The production process is completely reproducible. • The uniform and correct filling of the baskets results in a constant final humidity level after the spin-drying process. • The mill can be rotated clockwise or counter-clockwise. • The unit includes a stainless steel control box. • The control box can be mounted to the left or right of the filling position.
