GENTLE DE-WATERING
The vegetables are placed in a basket and the centrifuge starts to spin automatically once the lid is closed. The spinning time, speed and left/right rotation can quickly be adjusted to the type of product. The vegetables are gently de-watered, keeping the leaves intact while preserving freshness.
DELICATE AND HEAVY VEGETABLES
The built-in slow start and stop function has been specifically developed for delicate products such as baby leaves. The centrifuge accelerates gently and keeps all the leaves intact. The MSD-500 is also available in a heavy-duty version, designed with a more powerful motor and reinforced structure and suitable for heavy products such as sliced onions.
