Our Hydrocutter utilizes high water pressure to flawlessly slice potatoes, making it an ideal choice for French fries and other applications, including skin-on products. The innovative design involves pushing potatoes through a water basin connected to a pump with a large passage. This process ensures that each potato remains intact while the alignment tube ensures that every single potato passes through the knife block lengthwise to create long sticks.

The French fries slicing machine features a smart-design universal knife block that allows configuration for halving, quartering, or slicing into 6 or 8 segments, all with the same knife block. This flexibility ensures that you can meet diverse slicing needs with one efficient solution.
