A high-speed peeling disk with peel discharge slots and a turning system is located at the bottom. A spray system is integrated for wet cleaning. A weighing bin is mounted on weighing cells above the peeler. A peel hopper with discharge spout is located beneath the peeler. The discharge flaps are pneumatically controlled.
