Description

Light but tough, the ML-02 silicon pyranometer with a 2-year warranty and 2-year recommended recalibration interval, is a cost-effective alternative to larger thermopile-based sensors; easy to integrate into any project or application. Small, Tough, & Easy to Integrate in Any Application Excellent Cosine Response at Low Solar Elevation Angles Low Temperature Dependency, Suited to Hot & Cold Conditions Fast Response Photodiode Detector for Always Accurate Measurements Mono-Silicon Detector with UV Resistant Diffuser The compact, industrial-grade ML-02 silicon pyranometer is made for high-quality irradiance measurements. ISO 9060:2018 Class C, fast response, light but tough, the ML-02 features a mono-silicon detector with a UV-resistant cone-shaped diffuser that helps to minimise soiling and water deposition, delivering an excellent cosine response, even at low solar elevation angles. Made in Japan and manufactured to EKO's strict quality standards, the ML-02 comes with a 2-year warranty, 2-year recommended recalibration interval, and unique calibration, compliant with international standards, for a cost-effective alternative to larger thermopile-based sensors. Primarily designed for meteorological, agricultural and environmental applications, the small size, high accuracy, quality construction and various mounting accessories available for the ML-02 have seen them mounted on drones, built into the bodies of solar-powered vehicles, fixed to building exteriors and more. The ML-02 can also be combined with a POA bracket, M-box (Modbus®) and PT-100 temperature sensor to build a cost-effective PV rooftop monitoring system.
